Looking to grow, reset, or reconnect with your true self? This 2-week course, led by a passionate local resident, is designed to guide participants on a personal journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Through a blend of movement, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll explore ways to build emotional resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Each session will focus on meaningful mindset shifts, intentional living, and goal-setting strategies you can apply in everyday life.

Participants will receive a link to purchase a required textbook (approximately $20). This class is perfect for anyone ready to show up for themselves, dig deep, and unlock their full potential.
